Banana plugs or bare wire connections???!

I prefer banana plugs.  As mentioned, they don't change the sound at all but I can't tell you how many times I've needed to unhook a pair of speakers to demo or do A/B comparison between two sets of speakers.  A royal pain with bare wire.  3 seconds with banana plugs.

I have some similar to these and they work great

But I really like the locking banana plugs.  This ensures that they always stay tight.  Some of the cheaper sets I've purchased on Ebay become very loose.  Simple fix is to take a razor blade and spread out the prongs.

But with these kind below, they don't ever become loose.  As you twist the black sheath, it pushes the horizontal prongs up which expands the tip of the banana plug so that it fits snug inside the binding post.
