That's what I light my charcoal with. THX satellite and a globe from the 50s.  Forty years ago calling for encores meant pulling you lighter out and turning it up high X 20,000 lit the place up and if you clamoured enough you might get an encore!!

Excellent

We did that at concerts and then it was glow sticks

Now the young folks use smart phone lights

$10 for a ZZ concert and a hellacious Texas album Tehas that I am streaming ATM, yes think about posted a Beck concert. Going to listen to Tres Hombres and guess I lost the lp.

Going to look for the Tarot lp(rare?) that FR posted afterwards...just one Beck then coming up... think John has it on CD.

From another lp I used to have but hard luck:

For charcoal in the BBQ I use a gas weed wand

Ahhhh.

Those lighters I've got now are about 4+ inches long..... enough to get under the chimney I use to fire `em up!

For a Cyprus grill BBQ we normally use 2 bags of charcoal or heat beads

So a bit of fire 🔥 muscle is needed to get some heat to the large pile
