mustang_flht
Welcome here in the Klipsch community. Your Khorn are great, I think it will be easy to restore the filter, at first it will just replace the old capacitors with new ones. For the repair of the plating it will depend on your dexterity to tinker😎

JSX2
Update Refinished wood and new cane style grills..Added ct120 tweeters 55G mids and A crossovers I may upgrade the crossovers down the line just didnt have anymore big bucks to spend on it at the moment. Driving them with A Scott 340A sounded very nice  I feel like I gave them new life they were pretty ratty when I got them. Kenneth Brookshire
I recommend shunting the 13uf input cap with a mylar or teflon 0.01uf. Dynamat the metal mid horn. And take out the metal holding screws on round choke coils. The inductance is affected. Use plastic screws, or just hot glue. If you can flush mout the tweeter, (Klipsch has brackets for mod), it will help.  Congrats & enjoy. I currently own (6) Cornerhorns, & (2) Belles.
