I'm accustomed to buying and selling audio equipment and other forms of high end fitness equipment quickly and on the spur of the moment. I'm not used to dealing with people who are very uncomfortable and have lots of questions along with needing additional time to think before they make what they consider a large purchase. Lesson learned. I'll definitely think about that before I purchase a pair of Heritage Jubilees possibly in the future or any other high end speakers down the road.
