J.4knee
OK it looks like the Amy-Trey issue is heating up. I propose a mud-wrestling match in the mixer room Friday night at midnight! Winner take all ...whatever that is.

Piranha
Hey, where's Griff been? Is he coming to Indy? And what about JohnnyDB, has anyone seen or talked to him around here?
Frzninvt
Where is the Friday night mixer going to be? I want to stay in that particular hotel, I don't want to have to stumble across the street and risk getting drilled by a car. How far is the airport from the hotel? I will be cabbing it there. Anyone want to hear what a DBX 3BX-DS "Digital Series" Dynamic Range Controller can do in a system I can bring one of mine, I think even the purists will be suprised at its abilities. Lemme know and I'll bring it. I am looking to be in town by 2:45PM or so Friday.
NOSValves
I'm pretty sure the mixer is to be held at Holiday Inn at least I hope so the room at the Comfort Inn was a Acoustic sound suck last year. Craig
Piranha
The mixer is at the Holiday Inn this year. The airport is about 20 minutes from the hotel. It's actually cheaper to rent an economy car for the weekend than it is to take a cab. You can get a car from Alamo for the whole weekend for around $39-40. Frzninvt
Yeah, but I won't know where the hell I am going! I rather get a cab. Indy is a big city!
LarryC
Get directions from the hotel, Frzn, you'll find it very easy. The motels and Klipsch are a long way from the airport around Indy's big beltway (practically the only road you'll be on), so cabs and limos cost. If I go, I'll rent a car someone can hitch in. Moderators Amy Posted March 24, 2005 Author Moderators Share Posted March 24, 2005 The airport is 15 minutes from Klipsch, tops. All interstate (465). Very easy. You can see both locations from the interstate.
Piranha
It's all Interstate as Amy mentioned. The airport is right off the interstate. And so are the Holiday Inn Pyramids and Klipsch HQ. The rental car company will give you a map. And you can preprint one from mapquest.com as I did last year and when I have gone to the Indy 500. Moderators Amy Posted March 24, 2005 Author Moderators Share Posted March 24, 2005 Just follow the purple line from the west side to the NW side. It's a little over 11 miles.
