Daddy Dee
Hey Tony! How Cool! You have a turntable just like Erik Mandaville. I'm on the lookout for one, too. It's just that they very seldom show up on Ebay or Audiogon.
RAPTORMAN
I try to balance my components as much as possible. I try not to have a "Weakest Link". []

I spend most of my time listening to vinyl and watching tubes glow. Hopefully, next year at this time I'll have a C 2200 preamp.

RAPTORMAN
Raptor, how do you like your 805C ***************************************************************************** The Cary 805C is prabobly one of the better SET ever made. With 50 watts per monoblock of SET power and a $9000.00 price tag it better be one of the best. To be honest I was taken by the overall look of the 805C. I have to admit that I have a thing for big and heavy things. It has that "cool looking" who cares what it sounds like amp. Without getting into any details, I found a huge improvement from the one I replaced (Scott LK 150). I have been an audience of the SET--PP war that has been going on here. So I figured if I get a powerful SET amp --I get the best of both worlds.[]
