colterphoto1
There wasn't any LS there either, except for that Runt thing. They even had an acrylic RSW10 or similar sub system. If anyone from Klipsch is reading this, some of those museum pieces are in terrible shape. Can you fix it up a bit? Pretty Please? Frzninvt
Michael, I am sure Klipsch would be happy to supply you a French Maid's Uniform, a Feather Duster and a can of Pledge so you could have at it! [] I don't think I would want to see pictures of that though. []
colterphoto1
In my younger years, I'd be able to tell you that I looked fantastic in drag. Sadly that is not the case today. Michael

LarryC
The rare Model T Shorthorn, dark mahogany most likely. Note the taller but shallower S Shorthorn on the right, sans side grills.

jacksonbart
Nice Pictures. Thank you. Are those screw heads I see on the Cornwall? Guessing the Heresy and Cornwalls were pre veneer?

colterphoto1
The Jubilee cabinet designs will work anywhere, they are not dependent on corner placement, but there is additional reinforcment of lowest frequencies if they are setup in corners. Speedball
Those Cherry La Scalas are beautiful! Anyone have a ballpark figure as to how much $$$ they are?
heresy2guy
Great pics...thanks for sharing. Was that in fact a Cornwall III and a Heresy III alongside the La Scalas?? If so, it looks like they share the same mids/tweets, as per the original Cornwall & Heresy and quite unlike the Cornwall II & Heresy II. -H2G

LarryC
Guessing the Heresy and Cornwalls were pre veneer? They no longer veneer Heritage, but rather get pre-cut wood or MDF pieces with veneer already applied. That accounts for the fact that the grain on the 3/4" side of the upper part of the LaScala doesn't match that on the side of the 1" MDF bass portion. However, they do the staining and final finish at the factory. I was told that they no longer have oak and mahogany veneer available, a recent change it seems to me. fini
Nice Pictures. Thank you. Are those screw heads I see on the Cornwall? Guessing the Heresy and Cornwalls were pre veneer? Yep. It was a pre-production model. Plain ol' un-veneered mdf (mitered, though) box. Did you notice the woofer has been moved up, compared to the C-II? That solved a standing wave problem inside the box. I sound like some kinda expurt, huh?
colterphoto1
There's probably another 75 photos that I took on Trey's digital camera, but he's staying the week in Hope to catch up with family. There will be many more photos, just please be patient. Michael
