pmsummer
What are the local BBQ restaurants/joints/sheds like? Who has the best ribs, the best brisket, and the best sauce? Inquiring (and hungry) minds want to know.

seti
A google search revealed these results. I do not know if all of these are still in business or if they are any good. I have had bad BBQ more often than good lately. Tom's BBQ just closed and it was my favorite in Little Rock. Perhaps some of the Klipsch employees in Hope could give us some feedback? Daddy Dee
Tony Reed and I were in Hope on Thursday. Had lunch at a Mexican place which was fabulous. Sorry, temporary attack of amnesia as to name, but I will never forget the fresh strawberry punch.
DrWho
but I will never forget the fresh strawberry punch. That bad, eh? []
Daddy Dee
but I will never forget the fresh strawberry punch. That bad, eh? [] No! It was REALLY good. I was having flashes of imagination that at the Klipsch gathering, there would be a few partiers who would take a flask of rum to spike it with. I don't know what we'd do with Fini! Trey, as a former "pro", what Q-style would you say the Smoke House is? Closer to the "East Texas" style, or more of the Memphis style? Sweet sauce, or vinegar? Thanks, and see you in June!
