colterphoto1
Thanks for the catalog Travis, Todd- here's the one's I'd get. Not too Rat Shack, not too $$. $10 or so per pop. http://www.markertek.com/Product.asp?baseItem=TN%2DSR%2D3&cat=CABLESCONN&subcat=AUDIOCAB&prodClass=ASPRCA&mfg=&search=0&off=
NOSValves
Radio Shack actually has a gold plated adaptor to go from 1/4 phone jack to left and right RCA. I see no reason why this would not work just fine. Model: 274-
colterphoto1
That's usually used for 'inserts' in pa boards where pin carries the from, and ring the to. Todd is just looking for cables to link his Peach preamp to Crown power. Michael
BS Button
Yep, Markertek seems to be the best option, right now.

tigerwoodKhorns
I'll need 1/4" to XLR - I'll just go to the Guitar Center. They have the ends and Mogami Quad wire. Good stuff. Chris
classichits
I use Rat Shack cables for years. All my cables for my DJ outfit is from Rat Shack. In Canada it is now called The Source. You could look for other places but you will probably pay more than they are worth.
Bill H.
Ben, Thanks for the Information............."Be aware (just for the sake of clarity) that you are using the terms jack & plug, seemingly referring to the same thing. Jack refers to a female - plug to the male. " Now I can find the correct "Jack".

Or am I confusing the terms of art? Is it Input jacks and output plugs? Does anyone know? Does it matter? Am I asking too many questions? Will I even check this thread again? ben.
Yes, I'm sure. Look down for a hint. Most folks in pro audio avoid jack/plug and just use M/F.

Griffinator
Sometimes getting an answer out of this place is like pulling teeth..... I use the Planet Waves 1/4" stereo to RCA plug adapter. Works great, no worries about cable breaking, can be purchased at any friggin' music shop for about 7 bucks. Expensive? Maybe, compared to the rat shack cables, but a hella lot better built.
