Seadog
I was able to open it, maps and all, but it seemed to take a long time to open (maybe a minute or so).
meagain
On my Mac, I "open with" and chose NeoOffice and it worked, but NeoOffice is an add-on so IDK what one would open it with natively on a mac. I've only been with the glorious Mac OS X for 6 months and have yet to delve into it that much. It's my understanding Colter has a Mac. Where is he? lo123
Had no problems on a PC running XP with SP2 and Microsoft Works (don't have Word on this machine). Did "Open With" and it popped right up. Resized the maps slighty and it printed with no probs.

Mighty Favog
O.k., it just sounds like it's not MS Office friendly. The three I tried it on were: Work: XP Pro w/SP2 and MS Office 2003 Home: 98SE and MS Office 2000 Home #2: XP Home Ed. w/SP2 and Office 2003 Thanks, I can wait for the PDF file. SilverSport
Tom...try this...if you have Microsoft Word...I couldn't open it either...UNTIL...go to your Microsoft Word on your desktop or wherever you have it...I bet it is sitting in there all fine and pretty...in fact...if you are like me, it is in there more than once...go to the one on top (the others are usually failures 'cuz your computer is trying to tell you, "I downloaded this already"...give it a try... Mighty Favog
Thanks, I tried that and no luck. Here's the error I keep getting: "The document name or path is not valid. (C:\WINDOWS\desktop\Pilgrimage.doc)" The file is 808k and the DOS name is .doc . This is getting perplexing...[^o)]
