If so, you need a Gulfstream 550. [:)]

TWO MORE CITY-PAIR RECORDS FOR THE G550:

The G550

recently set two new more city-pair speed records -- Nagoya, Japan,

to Savannah, and Geneva, Switzerland, to Minneapolis-St. Paul. On

Feb. 11, the G550 took off with six passengers onboard from Nagoya

Airport at 9:03 a.m. local time, flying 6,473 nautical miles eastbound,

at an average cruise speed of 0.83 Mach and with an average tailwind

of 38 knots. Because the aircraft crossed the international date line, it

landed in Savannah at 7:23 a.m. EST the same day. The aircraft flew

nonstop for 12 hours and 20 minutes, landing with 3,300 pounds of fuel

remaining.

I flew from Nagoya to Detroit (then Detroit to Atlanta) on my trip back from the Philippines. It lasted about 11 1/2 hours. Far better than the trip over, which had upwards of 200 mph headwinds. It was a bit slower. You think those flights will never end.

How's this for a long trip:

Washington, DC to San Francisco

Frisco to Tokyo

Tokyo to Manila

Manila to Jakarta

Jakarta to Bankok

Bankok to New Delhi

New Delhi to New York

New York to Rio

Rio to Brasilia

Brasilia to Buenos Aires

BA to Washington, DC

15 days about 40,000

Wish I could do it again!

Nancy Pelosi needs one.

That's what the Air Force gave her to fly from Washington to San Fransico recently. We call them Gulfstream G450's and G550's and the Air Force calls them C-35's and C-37's. The Army and the Navy has our aircraft too and I think maybe the Marines.
