  1. Ummm......... If I'm not mistaken, they've been warning the people in California for quite some time . . .
  2. I found this link from 2009 when I was cleaning out my "Favorites" today. The kid in the red shirt is my nephew (wife's side of the family). He's in the Air force stationed in Alaska now . . .
  3. My company does PLC programming work for the filling and packaging lines at the McIlhenny plant. The product ships all over the Universe, and there is a variety of special packaging. I believe the bottle in the picture is destined for Pluto . . .
  4. Looks like that "Lavoie" outfit must have been the manufacturer . . . . . http://www.radiomuseum.org/dsp_hersteller_detail.cfm?company_id=8568
  5. bin Laden . . . He was planning on seeing 72 Virgins.........Instead he saw 24 Virginians [<)] [<)] [<)]
  6. Geez....... You haven't even burned a gallon of gas yet! [8-|]
  7. Cool........ That's good. At least I know that if I get him the Fiesta he'll be well prepared for the typical New Orleans area thunderstorms when he comes home form TCU . . . [][][]
  8. I'm seriously considering buying one of these (same SES hatchback model) for my son, who goes away to TCU in the fall. Did you get the 5-speed stick? I drove one about a month ago...... handling reminded my a lot of the Mazda RX7 I bought new in 1982 and drove for 9 years. The Fiesta was r-e-a-l-l-y fun to drive. I had my son drive it too that same afternoon........ he says it was "Ok", but his attention was glued to the Mustang in the showroom. He thinks the Fiesta is a "girl's car". I think it would be an easier sell (to him and to others) if it had a different name...... Fire, Flash, Fuze, etc. Let me know what you think about it over the coming days and weeks. I probably need to do something between now and mid-June.
  9. Yeah....... But there could still be a floater passing thru every now and then . . .
  10. No matter what you order, it comes out a number two . . .
  11. This is [bs] ............... There should be a Law !!! [8o|]
  12. I managed to locate a short video of Sputnik's sister in an old thread in the Archives. Somehow, she just doesn't do it for me . . . . .
  13. Well, actually it's for a 1982 Marshall 4210 Combo (Guitar Amp). The pot I need is 25K, Linear Taper, pc mount lugs, round shaft, and has a long threaded shaft sleeve. I'm trying to replace the "Middle" range pot in the picture below (the one with the white plastic shaft) which had been replaced before with an incorrect value 100K pot. I want to replace the pot as part of a general restoration of the amp, all new electrolytics, etc. I found the CTS part number for what I believe to be the perfect replacement in this datasheet: http://www.ctscorp.com/components/Datasheets/450.pdf The part number should be 450X328R253B1A (I think). Unfortunately, I can't find anywhere on the planet to actually buy this part. [*-)] Can anyone point me to a vendor that may actually be able to sell me this part? []
  14. Well, since the Saints aren't going to be making an appearance this year, hopefully it will be Green Bay or Seattle on the NFC side. As a Saints fan, we don't wanna see Atlanta or Chicago in Dallas in February. On the AFC side, the Colts won't be there this time around........... I expect the Patriots to be there, and likely to win it all.
  15. I don't know how they could do that either, without either getting help from AT&T or possibly hacking into your email account somehow. I would definitely get AT&T involved to find out how this was possible. I also use AT&T email (among others) and would like to know what happened here. I use Outlook Express personally, which as I indicated earlier stores copies of all of my sent and received emails on my hard drive, until I intentionally delete them. My wife and son however simply use the Web Interface, and thus would be subject to the same kind of shenanigans (PC term) as you have run into.
  16. Couple of things: Be sure you print and keep copies of all the "recall" emails. Also, I'm not 100% sure but these "recall" emails may contain properties that could be used as proof of who deleted them from your inbox. In the future (too late to help in this case) if you use en email program such as Outlook Express, it will automatically store copies of all the emails you receive on your computer. So no one can delete them except you or someone with access to your computer. You might look to see if the Web Interface that you currently use to access your email saves copies of the emails you send out. Some of those "sent" emails may contain portions (or all) of the emails they had sent to you which you were replying to. Geico would not be able to "recall" your sent emails. Good Luck!
  17. Signed by Drew Brees and Sean Payton. Now if I could just get it signed by Lance Moore my wife would really be happy [<)]
  18. Dat be a cellphone pic of my wife's Christmas present . . . [] [] []
  19. Check this out . . . http://news.yahoo.com/video/milwakee-wisn-18667753/unemployed-wis-man-wins-1m-in-mcdonald-s-monopoly-game-23589770
  20. It might help if you edited the thread title to include "Tampa Bay". I know there are forum members in that area, but they might overlook a thread that simply says "Help with Shipping".
