That video is great. I had not seen it until Pete posted. Apparently, it won the top video award at MTV’s Europe Music Awards. Much better than Petula Clark. I hated that song when I was kid. The radio tortured us with it constantly when I was 5 or 6 years old.
Many, maybe most people don't think of things like that when they arrange an event. Sawdust or peanut shells spread on floor might help. If the place was packed with people and tables and chairs, it might help too.
And IMO at a venue where, weather permitting, we can set up the speakers outside without complaints from neighbors. That was a big plus factor for the SWAG venue.
For general location reference, the area map below shows the marked locations of the Hope Hampton, the Klipsch factory, Rodney's farm, and Timeless Traditions (location of the SWAG).
That was a good one, and I don't care much for rap. My boys listen to it, so maybe I should expand my musical tastes and put a little Macklemore into the rotation.
We listened to about every musical genre. The Telarc SACD of the Tchaikovsky 1812 Overture about made the 15" drivers jump out of the EV cabinets when the cannons fired. That was impressive.
Saturday night, we set up a 42" monitor and played the first 4 or 5 tracks on the AC/DC Live at Donnington concert DVD at concert SPLs. A little hard to see the screen from 40 ft back LOL, but it sounded great.
