  1. Having some trouble with my mobile version, keeps wanting to quote WVU (so what else is new). The first post I deleted the expletive was on the previous page. It is still there in its entirety except I put in "Expletive deleted]". I really didn't want to go down the whole "warning point" trail, I just posted something to try and keep the Op's thread on track, as OP, I believe, had already requested once. I was surprised that it was allowed to be spelled out on here rather than the ****** deal. I pointed out that I had to do it, and for whatever reason they felt the need to start a coalition to promote the word, with the word spelled out, again. It's all good, all taken care of, have fun, But respect Derrick's original purpose. Keep those cartoons coming.
  2. It wasn't you. I put "[expletive deleted by moderator]"right in the post so there wouldn't be any doubt.
  3. It's more fun to smuggle it in.
  4. So how we doing tonight fellas? Already had to jump in here once to delete an expletive. So the thread is Columbus Day Humor, which was 4 days ago but some may have had a busy week. If someone wants to start a thread about their thoughts on European naval exploitation, conquest and colonialism so you can discuss these issues by all means do so. Otherwise try and stick with the topic, AND within the terms of service. Here is my shot at Columbus Day Humor
  5. Just saw Neil last Saturday his voice was pristine. Sir Paul bought him up to sing a couple of songs during his set. It was the same 2 years ago with Crazy Horse and 5 years ago for his one man show. His voice is pretty much the same as it was 30 years ago. But, it is a very distinctive voice that I could see may not sit well with some people. I have heard some say that about Tom Petty, Axel Rose, etc.
  6. Just saw him in concert, great poet, would have preferred he just read the words. Congrats Mr. Z
  7. Saw some great fireworks last weekend in the desert.
  8. I just got back from Desert Trip. I think I will be just checking out stuff that comes to CAL Moody Theater here in town. Travis
  9. Kevin with the Western Electric 16A Horn. 400 lbs. One of 40 items they are getting ready for the October Sale.
  10. As far as the Ebay store name, it should be activated within two weeks. The day it comes on line by KGI I will announce it here in this thread and under the Museum Section. The Klipsch Musuem eBay team is up there now getting the first 40 items ready for sale. Photos from every angle, video, frequency sweeps on appropriate drivers, etc. are being completed. A couple of the big WE buyers are coming to takes a look at what's there WE wise. If anyone here wants to go look in person as what is being sold in person that can be arranged. I figure people on here have seen it one or more times on tours of the Museum. I think the launch of the first 50 items will be right about October 15. Things should pick up at the end of next week. Travis
  11. Yes they did, Amy ran that one and I believe it was north of 3,000 sales. It hasn't been active in a couple of years. I believe that is the one they want to try and reactivate to do these sales.
  12. Happy Birthday Amy. Miss you around hear.
  13. You are right. But it also reminded me a lot of the opening them of Star Wars.
  14. I really enjoyed that, thank you for posting that! Big fan of his but only from the soundtracks. I had never seen that before.
  15. Kicking ads and taking names Mr. Kerry? You have a winner there. Were they swown in Dallas? If so, his did they go over?
  16. If possible you want a fabric made of vinyl coated fiberglass which has better acoustical transparency. Otherwise you are going to need to check it out some how. The frantic in that photo isn't dense weave, which is what you are looking for.
  17. That answers the question definitively for me. If someone doesn't like the sound of their Belles they have a few options. 1. Get a new wife and get LaScallas. 2. Sell one of of the Bells and buy 2 Khorns 3. Sell the Bells and get Cornwalls
  18. There are lions, Mountain Lions, they won't go after a horse
  19. I have the new phone that has been recalled, they are replacing it next week. They announced before we boarded any Samsung's of a particular model had to be completely turned off. But my hoverboard was no problem.
  20. Having lived in and hunted in Nevada I can tell you it is a major problem. Wild horses (which is a misnomer) have no predator, they stand on what little water there may be and let nothing else get close. The problem started when someone came up with the romantic notion that a clue of herds should be protected and allowed to roam free. They need to all be herded up and an announcement made that they be adopted, those that are not will have to be destroyed.
