  1. Not a surprising response at all, as I thought the same after swapping out caps on my CWII's. I experienced the same thing, and that somehow they were sonically different.
  2. Parents went to VA to see the Uncle (surgery), and I'll be spending time between friends houses for MULTIPLE feasts[] Enjoy the holidays everyone!
  3. ...and that includes us Former DOT USCG Vets[] What would the world be without our active military and Nat Guard[*-)]
  4. A Flock of Seagulls Tarney Spencer Band
  5. Wii bowling isn't much easier.....[:#] Don't you just hate those 9th frame opens.....GRRRRRR! Me and the 10 pin go waaaaaay back![:@]
  6. Those aerial spy planes do actually work[][:|] Isn't Satellite imaging cool[]
  7. I voted Party, but I would think a Q&A session wouldn't encompass more than 15 minutes or so if people pre-planned their questions ahead of time. Heck, even technical information can be shared over a thirst quenching libation[]
  8. Arky, this was the only DVD I could locate http://www.candydulfer.nl/discography.htm
  9. Congrats on the acquisition........hope you have many years of enjoyment
  10. I know she has some "live" performances on here webpage, but I haven't checked out the DVD scene These from YouTube: http://www.candydulfer.nl/candy/
  11. I was watching it this afternoon on the Tube, and I think they reported 1100+ firemen on the scene. Looks like a major crisis in So Cal, and what a mess. My prayers go out to those folks that must endure that poor air quality and uncertainty of the near future. 13% humidity and 50mph winds (cross winds)
  12. Well, that makes (2) of us, but what I've gained in knowledge is just enough to make me dangerous[] Welcome to the madness (to coin the phrase)
  13. Thanks DD....how did you know? Bubble wrap for the Bubble head[<)] I want more
  14. AFTER: I understand it's the TUBE experience[] WHO NEEDS PROPECIA?
  15. We actually have before and after pics upon listening to Gary's system(s): BEFORE:
  16. I don't think you'll be dissappointed[]
  17. Steve, still too early for 2008 schedule and MECA @ Hooter's, Fredericksburg, but IF they have some scheduled events, I will be sure to contact you and maybe we can set some time aside. (assuming you are in town) Good to see you again. Mark
  18. LMAO.....I showed up @ Gary's and asked "Is this where the BOSE demonstration is being held?" Luckily, I was still permitted safe passage and entry[]
  19. Ever heard of "The Planets" by Gustav Holst[] Think I may pickup the CD next time around
  20. That's a "shocking" series of photo's appropriate for this crowd[] At least Michael and myself were dressed in formal Klipsch attire, and what a blast on the Western Shore. Next on the hit parade, KLIPSCH PILGRIMAGE. Marty, thumbs up, you had me pondering! I am sure the people behind me were getting a nice light (sparks) show from underneath my car (cutouts/exhaust system hitting the road). Grrrrr, darned 355[8o|] and Richmond wasn't too kind either. FTR, I'm not WILD, just mildly off-axis and spontaneous at times[][].
  21. Hey gang, you left me nothing to add on the musical performance other than OUTSTANDING![] Larry's organizational skills are to be commended, and the city excursion to the Hall was an interesting adventure to say the least[8-)] Did I ever say I detest city driving[:#], but it was well worth the trouble. I cannot thank Gary/Catherine and Larry enough for all their hospitality, and Michael, when in Rome.........well, you know the rest[] Definitely a great group of people with which I had the pleasure of sharing time. As for me, it was a long, long, weekend starting @ Gary's mid-day Saturday and ending 11:30pm Sunday arriving back home. Except for northbound Sunday I-95 traffic which forced me into detouring over to 301, and a screw in my tire (which I discovered this morning), it was incident free and a wonderful weekend all the way around. Amazing I actually back-doored the BWI airport for Michael, but it gave us time to talk. WHO NEEDS A MAP/ATLAS[] I love driving on trips of this nature, albeit NOT every weekend. Sounds like a good time was had by everyone, and sorry for not posting earlier, but just arrived work, so onward I go. I'll check back later Mark
