If they are on the floor and close to MLP , then yes tilting back is good, if your MLP is far away, flat should be ok But you should just try different ways and hear what sounds best to your ears Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

And to answer the first question, these are the stock crossovers that I replaced the caps a few years ago, but I’m just trying out some new parts and want to hear what difference there would be Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Maybe im using or confusing parallel to series. If I set them side-by-side and twist both of one ends together , and then on the other end and then measure them, I get 2.0 . But if I put them in the end and only twist one of the ends together and test them with each end I get 8.0 I’ll lest the test gear I’m using later on. I need some help with , what and how I can use some parts for my H1 type E crossovers. On the caps they should be 2.0 and the inductor is a 2.5 I have a foil copper inductor and the label says 3.3mH , but test out as 2.7. Is this close enough for the E crossover? And in the caps, I have 2.0 caps and 4.0 caps If I run the 4.0 in parallel, they spec as 2.0 Is it better to run two in parallel or no ? What’s the pro and cons ? Ok guys Here’s the story, come to find out this guy is real and it’s a real deal. He lives about a 1/4 mile from me. He’s they guy that was selling the signature series H2’s a few weeks ago, the H4’s he has are new and he bought them from Cory and it took 3 or 4 weeks for delivery. Why is he selling? Well he has the chance to buy a set of Cornwall’s for rear cheap price and his wife will not let him buy them unless his sells the H4’s. Well I picked up his new H 2’s today, the seller was a super nice and easy to deal with guy. Dave knows how to ask for help with his wonderful products that he has made. When he does coMe out with something, you can bet that he has spent a ton of time working with the items and having others test them as well. How else could his little horns sound so much better then so many of the others? I have a set from his first run that he started to sell, and I use them for many of my speaker projects and the lens works very well with so many different compression drivers. I’m hoping that one day I’ll have the funds up to where I can buy one of his midhorn lenses because I’m sure that they’ll be just as spectacular as the high frequency horn lens that he produces Dave dose his test with his ears, well he used to, don’t know if that’s how he is still doing it. Me personally, I don’t rely off of what test equipment will say on the measurements, I rely more off of what my ears or someone else’s ears tells what something is doing Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
