  3. We had a great time too. You would never believe BB King is 83 years old and Buddy Guy is 73. This was one of the best concerts we've ever attended. Here is a picture of the autograph guitar strap we bought. Also a picture of Poncho.
  4. Moron, I apologize if you have already said this but which Klipsch Jubilee did you hear? Which HF horn, driver, crossover and amps were used? rigma
  5. silversport, Here is a review on the Kimber Covert I've been looking at. rigma
  6. What do you guys think about the Kimber Ultra Covert II .45ACP with 3" barrel for concealed carry. I have been eyeing it for awhile at about $1,200. rigma
  7. I have a Lyra Dorian is used for 6 mo. until replacing with a Ortofon Jubilee. The Lyra was excellent with my VPI Aries, very acurate and detailed. I think the Lyra is one of the best bang for the buck carts out there. I bought mine for about $750 from Larry at Hollywood Sound in Hollywood CA. FL who I highly recommend. Edit: Don't know why I said CA it is FL rigma
  8. Congrats to the Dtels, 30 years is a long time. You guys make a great pair. Mrs rigmatoni and I just celebrated our 37th last week[<)] rigma

  10. Hi Fini, I will take one. PM or Email me how to pay. Thanks, rigma
  11. Thanks the MC-30 is in very nice condition. I will bring it up on the variac soon just haven't taken the time yet. On the Thorens I will be replacing all rubber bushings, belt, cleaning, lubing etc. I also ordered a new plinth which is a copy of the original from Octave Audio in gloss black. Just want to restore it to mint original condition. rigma
  12. Gary, I was doing a Google search for a Thorens 124 and about 20 pages down I found a website that had old 78 records for sale and there was a photo and description of the console with a price of $495. I really didn't think it could possibly still be for sale but I called and the gentleman said it had been listed for 2 months and nobody had even called about it! He was a very nice older guy and said he had it for about 12 years to play 78's and would be happy to have it go to a good home. The only thing I didn't know about was all the Mullard tubes in the Mac and Fisher. Some of the CA. guys will hate me for snatching this from under their nose[6] I had Craters & Freighters in Sacramento pick it up and crate it then had FedEx freight deliver. I did have to spend another $380 to get it here but it arrived in great shape. I have not powered anything up yet but everything appears to be in excellent condition. I will post more pics later as it in disassembled and cleaned. rigma
