I have two adult kids at home. they are all about technology. I set them both up with systems in their rooms that they use when they fell like it, or cleaning or homework etc...build it and they will come, that's my motto... I just bought Bluetooth transmitter for my system, now they connect their iphones to my system to listen...

no the F20 doesn't take up a lot of floor space. but it is tall. you have La Scala's the foot print is a bit less that the La Scala. Ideally you would end up with a horn sub. with an external amp.

Look into the F20. seriously, build one for $400?

This has also been my understanding. Mine as well, I doubt they will sell you just the horn. regardless or what a price list says. lets not forget they are a business and are tyring to turn a profit. I see little motivation in them selling you a horn if your just going to put a different driver on it. Just my 3.5dB
