I already had the the First Yes album and I also have 90125 on CD but did not have Fragile or Close to the Edge. I also have Emerson Lake and Palmer. For whatever reason I was just very light on my Yes Vinyl but that is being remedied now! Close to the Edge has Roundabout and thats a great classic Yes song!

I totally agree. I played a lot of Yes back in the 70s but somehow did not realize how incredible they truly are. The Yes albums bring me so much joy and sound incredible on my current system. Just WOW!

I have had a pair of CERWIN VEGA 380 SE speakers for over 40 years now. They still look and sound great. I listened to them daily until I inherited my fathers 1986 Forte 1s. My nephew is enjoying them now. As much as I like the Cerwin Vegas the Fortes always sounded better to me in every way. The very deep over powering bass the 380 YEs provide are fun, though. - I do not miss them in my system.

Those Forte 1s look beautiful and someone should enjoy them very much! GLWS!

Have you tried a balanced isolated transformer? I have a Panamax line conditioner but am curious if the transformer might provide cleaner power that I could actually hear?

Does anyone have any experiences using balanced Isolated Transformers to power streamers, dacs, tt, etc? Do they lower the noice floor for these devices significantly.

My new MoFi Fender PrecisionDeck sounds even better than it looks and it looks fabulous. it is the best sounding turntable I have ever had in any of my systems . Really deep bass, rich, clear, clean Midrange and sparkling highs. I enjoy this hobby very much! Music - it moves me!!!!!!!

Fender and MoFi have joined forces to create a beautiful new limited edition collectors edition Turntable. I ordered mine a few months ago and just got notice Upscale Audio has it ready for me to pick up. I have had some good Turntables in my day but this Mofi will be the highest quality TT I have ever owned. Did I mention how bad *** it looks?

I’m sure you are right about that and would love an 85” lg 4k OLED tv. I already have the car that acts as a male unit extension so I’m covered when I drive. This might be true but I appreciate when people give feedback of products they actually use on a regular basis. I can sit in my hot spot and tell a significant difference in many ways from my Forte 1s versus my Forte IVs. The 1s are great speakers! The IVs have a wider and deeper sound stage, the bass is more punchy on the IVs, the transition of the midrange to the tweeter is smoother and the IVs present a much more centered image.

I special ordered the Lambswool Grills from Paducah when I purchased the Forte IVs - my wife and I love the look of the cherry and lambswool grills.

My wife and I bought pedal assist E bikes last year when the pandemic first started. I ride my bike 10-20 miles every day and love it. Bring on the wind or even the rain - I rarely take my car out of the garage these days.

I can't clearly say which mode I prefer but my Pontus is usually run in NOS mode. I really can't hear any differences. Maybe my brain isn't trained to differentiate to hear such subtle differences or know what I am supposed to be hearing or not hearing.
