  1. Synthesis art in music are very good amps! I've got two Synthesis Roma 510AC amps with KT88 tubes, one is powering my klipsch palladium P-38 towers, the second one is powering my Forté's. In my office I use a Synthesis 96DC push pull el34 class A amp together with Heresy's. The Synthesis Soprano, the amp you mentioned I think is on his way to me. I am a big fan! These amps sound very good, are still made by hand and are affordable. The grandfather of Luigi, the founder of synthesis made transformers for VOX guitar amplifiers back in the day.
  2. I was not a big fan of tube amplifiers, I thought they were old technology and not up to the task. I was very wrong! One day I tried a push-pull Synthesis Roma 510AC tube amplifier on Klipsch Forté's and could not believe what I was hearing. Finaly I was listening to music in all it's glory. Non of the solid state amps I used before could draw me in the music like this fellow. I tried this tube amp on a wide range of Klipsch speakers, including Palladiums and there is simply no way back to solid state for me.
  3. Another pair of Klipsch RF-7's in black finish and Viablue spikes.
  4. I just think you have to give them some more time. I too am coming from klipsch Heresy 3's and at first I did not like the new forté. That changed dramaticaly after a couple of hundred hours of playing. I am very confident in saying that the Forte's need a lot of break in time. Now it is one of my favorite Klipsch speakers. I play them with tubes aswell with solid state amplifiers.
  5. I am using a Synthesis Roma 510AC tube AMP 2 X 80 Watts on my Klipsch Palladium P-38 towers and the sound was never that good. They even sing with the 2 X 26 Watt Synthesis Roma 96DC Class A tube AMP running on EL34’s. I tried multiple solid state Amps from different brands, none of them where able to make those speakers shine like they do now running on tubes. I am using the 80 Watt AMP not because the 26 Watt version is not powerfull enough but because I like the KT88 tube soundwise better.
  6. My RF7||| sound spectaculair with a 2 X 80W Synthesis Roma 510AC tube amp. I tried them on Wyred4Sound mono blocks which handle over a 1000 Watts and the tube amp won by a large margin. So lots of power is not the ticket to big sound...
  7. The special editions Klipsch Heritage speakers are gorgeous. I think it is a missed opportunity that those finishes are limited.
  8. The Klipsch Heresy III is a marvelous speaker. If there was only one loudspeaker in the world, I would be very happy with them! They are very sensitive to the used equipment. You hear everything you change in your hifi chain. Even a different loudspeaker cable can make a dramatic difference. Make sure you dont use silver or silver plated cables, they dont like them. To get the best out of them, take the time to find the best placement in your room and thread them with the best electronics they deserve. I have very good results with class d amplifiers.
  9. Try a good class d amp with Klipsch Heritage speakers. I have used Wyred4sound on Klipsch Heresy's, Cornwall's and Forte's with absolutely marvelous sound as a result.
  10. Over 100 hours playing time and the speakers keep improving in all area's. This is the first time ever I experience this so dramatically. Amazing.
  11. For a killer Atmos setup use Klipsch PRO-7502-L-THX When install height is a problem use Klipsch CDT-5800-C you can angle the tweeter and woofer to your seating position with those. For proper placement use the schematics on this site: https://www.mediaelectronics.be/dolby-atmos-luidspreker-plaatsing/ This layout is compatible with every object based format.
  12. +1 Certainly were space is an issue and the Klipsch Reference Premiere Designer On-Wall speakers blend wel in a modern interior.
  13. It gives a nice look to the speakers (personal). This particular room is not as big as you think from the picture. I once tested them in the family room, which is a big room and they played very nicely.
