Inside I just smile as his grumpy a)# wife stands, hands on hips, glaring out the window watching them blow back into their yard. Bwa ha ha! Ha! David Bowie attracted the landscaping crew to come next door! Gotta love kids on rakes looking at their cells every five minutes. Can't believe she is spending $$$ on a crew to come in and trim. I used to do it for free until she went ballistic on me over oak leaves in her yard last fall when I don't even have an oak tree. Neighbor across the street has 9 on his lot and they're all 40'. They fall, he blows them to the side of his lot facing our places. Great guy! 😂

Grandson who's 6 nite before and granddaughter(9), last nite... He was a pain and didn't want to do anything but screw around so I traded him for Lilly... We decided to grab my buddies son, drive an hour north and hit the big State Park on Lake Erie yesterday. Kids swam for 4 hours, ate almost 2# of Lake Erie perch n fries after. Perch is selling for $30 a pound deep fried up there. Hit a new play yard @ the local park after, then shelled out $6.75 each for ice cream and they ate both huge scoops. I felt like a possum staring into a sea of headlights driving home... Finally crashed about 11:30 and she was up and ready to go @ 7:15 this morning. She's been ready to go since then but I told her I was having coffee. Maybe TWO pots before I cane even think about moving. Think they'll eat today? HAHAHA! Prolly!

What happens when you have the "awakening?" lol If you are anything like me, when that happens, it's non-stop for about two-weeks. lololol

T board is used in a lot of exterior applications up this way. It's good stuff and will hold up for years. I used to run some maintenance for my out(in)-laws, on 6 buildings w/3 2-BR apts in each unit. There were also garages attached to the buildings for a total of 18 garages. Enough old people for me... I used a dark brown pigmented Cabot stain. The board will suck the stain up and you almost have to brush the channels then roll but imo it would great stuff for you to use. You can spray it but I went the brush and roll way for two coats. You want paint, prime it then paint it. Pour it to it man! Pricey but great if you're looking long term.. Just use the good stuff for the initial coat. Gotta seal it well!
