That's what pays my bills. I work on Harleys and have off and on since 1979. Currently ride a '20 Road King as my daily rider. 45K miles and stock. Well all Harley. Has some OEM exhaust from a CVO that a customer gave me. And a police solo. Only makes 80hp/104lb/ft but that's fine for what I do with it.

I think this will compliment my recently acquired Heresy 1 well.

I've set 14 landspeed records. My dailys are all bone stock. One of them is good for 180 MPH or so. Do your homework and buy what suits yer needs and maintain it. Far less headache that way.

I recently bought a pair of Heresy 1. Ordered some Crites slant risers and when I flipped one over for install saw they had not finished the bottom of the speaker. I like the raw birch finish and am curious how difficult it would be to restore it. Is sanding the only route? or is there a chemical method that won't harm it?

My iMac has a maximum resolution of 24/96. My Schiit Modi 3+ is 24/192. When it's available I'll be picking up a WiiM Pro streamer so I can see if I can hear the difference.

I picked up a pair of H1 recently. They're in great shape and sound wonderful. Serial #s are 92T488 & 92T489. No paper on back but have different stampings on sides of back One says USA and the other says AS and below that an inch or so is a P. Inside is clean with Type E crossovers and they have a lacquer (?) finish. Cannot tell if that is factory or owner applied. K-77-M tweeters/K-55-V mids and K-22-EF woofers. I'll post some photos when I can find the damn cord for the camera...I recently moved so I cannot find a damn thing. And I packed it. Here's a photo stolen from the ebay listing. Not going to change a thing (took me 1 1/2 years to find 'em) as I said above they sound wonderful. I did open the back and loosen/tighten all the screws on the crossovers. That did seem to wake up the right speaker a bit. Only change I'll be making is a pair of Crites slanted risers on a suggestion from another forum member. They should be here this week. Until then I've rolled up a couple towels to give them a little rise in the front.

I think some of the price hikes are people selling things they don't really want to sell. So if I price it high maybe the SO won't be so angry when I end up keeping them. Or if they sell it's enough money I can buy the new whatever I want.

They also have some letters stamped in the upper left and they are AS P. Only thing I can figure out is they are 1973...U think. They are in great shape and sound wonderful. Any help on what I have?

Nah no risers. However Dave1291 told me of his experience with Crites slanted risers. So we'll be ordering a pair soon.
