nicholtl - that's a PCA-2 Preamp, and the box under it is an external high current power supply. the panamax on the shelf below is the only filtering I do of the digital power.

One possibility to consider is one of several used Sunfire Cinema Grand 225 X 5 from $1150 to $2K on A'Gon right now. Probably very nice with your speakers, and you'd never want for power again. Cheers!

I would also think about calling Ernie at audioclassics.com They're on the east coast and are authorized dealers and always willing to work on price. I've bought several pieces from them and have nothing but great experiences. No affiliation, just a happy customer and I know they rep Denon.

I have the SoundAnchors custom made for my Nautilus, but they sit under not cradled like these. They are a definite plus in my case, not sure about these though. I'd be inclined to go with the existing RF-7 spikes.
