Speedball
Either an upfront confrontation w/ the theif or the police, your choice. Simple but sad. Bummer.[:#]
winchester21
Glad you got your stuff back- particulary the mothers day present Ipod. I have never been that lucky. 5 car break-ins -4 burgularies- 1 return phone call from the cops telling me that the perp was a minor and they are waiting for him to do something more serious before they pick him up because the DA will not prosecute the case- too backlogged. I hope somebody along this process told the little___t that this type behavior will land him in a jail cell or a body bag if it continues. I hope he learned his lesson. You never know.. just maybe... this will turn him around.
J.4knee
Amy glad this worked out well. So many times it does not. Nod to fini[] I agree with wichester21 the little )*(& should have gotten an industrial strength wegee over this to remind him this kind of behavior is not only not acceptable but it is criminal. Moderators dtel Posted May 20, 2009 Moderators Share Posted May 20, 2009 His mother may have found out he had actually did steal your stuff and made him do the right thing ? To me that would be more likely than just his change of heart, but you never know, hopefully they both benefit from this. Glad your stuff has returned, the worst part is thinking someone you invited into your home would do something like that.

Hopefully that kid did end up learning a lesson out of this.
