I'm usually pretty observant as to the fresh produce section, Its always been my favorite part of any grocery store.... I usually stay there longer just to hang with the Fruit and Veg.. oldtimer
Grow your own, it's the only way without a large market source. Daylilly buds can be sauteed or fried as well.
mangofirst
These Zucchini look delicious.... That's yellow squash, but zucchini would work the same. Sprinkled with parmesan cheese and some seasoning and baked in the oven at 400 or 425 or so til brown and tender. They were pretty good but I used a "fresh" shred instead of the kind with the green shaker which I think would've made it a little crunchier.

Just coat The flowers in flour... beat some eggs , with pecorino Romano.. Make a lemon white wine reduction.. Add a pat or 2 .. Unsalted butter.. With capers or caper berries... Or just eat them fried !

Moderators dtel Posted July 14, 2018 Moderators Share Posted July 14, 2018 That's ok, but it is stopping you from having another Zucchini to cook.
Moderators dtel Posted July 14, 2018 Moderators Share Posted July 14, 2018 Made me think, I will smoke some pig (loin)and chickens chest this evening, I didn't kill them but someone did, and it's a good thing, they make so much noise when you try to cook them otherwise.

The male blossoms pollinate the female blossoms... Which bare the fruit...or vegetable...
