CECAA850
How in the world can you abuse such a nice piece of gear like that?
Moderators Youthman Posted September 18, 2015 Author Moderators Share Posted September 18, 2015 Yeah, some people just don't care. I would definitely test it before purchasing. If they abused the cabinet, they may have abused the speaker.
babadono
I was going to say when I saw your original alert YM that one would have to ask "Does it work?"
HOGFAN
It is certainly rough looking, but the guy says it works great. I'm picking it up tomorrow. Hopefully, a quick bit of TLC on the outside (paint), will ease the looks. Hogfan
Moderators Youthman Posted September 18, 2015 Author Moderators Share Posted September 18, 2015 I'm picking it up tomorrow. That's what I like to hear! A forum member getting a great deal on some Klipsch gear. Let us know how it works out.

Congrats!
JL Sargent
That would make a hell of a garage/basement system sub as is. Edited September 18, 2015 by JL Sargent

HOGFAN
Yes I did. Got it hooked up last night.....sounding great. Until I pretty her up, I just have to close my eyes. Before buying it, I tested it out....checked drivers and the inside....everything was in order. The guy I bought it from is in the auction business....he's buying and selling in bulk on a regular basis.....he had picked it up a few weeks back as part of a buy he did. When I get around to sprucing her up, I'll post some pics. Until then, I'm all ears! Hogfan (and it hurts!)
Moderators Youthman Posted September 21, 2015 Author Moderators Share Posted September 21, 2015 So happy for you Hogfan. The RSW-15 is a very powerful sub. What are you going to be using it with?
HOGFAN
Thanks Youthman! My man cave is about 14 x 20. I've been on a quest to fit two systems in there.....2 channel and HT. I have Forte II's set up for 2ch and will be running RB-35's/RC-7 with the RSW-15 for HT. The 35's sit in the bookshelves perfectly, taking up no floor space. I'm gaining ground.....although sometimes I think I'm just running in circles. Hogfan
Montego
I've been going in circles trying to integrate 2 channel and HT for 20 years - good circle to be in.
Moderators Youthman Posted September 21, 2015 Author Moderators Share Posted September 21, 2015 My man cave is about 14 x 20 Very similar to my 13' x 19' with 10' ceilings. I'm gaining ground.....although sometimes I think I'm just running in circles. Every step is an improvement...even if they are small steps. CECAA850
Until I pretty her up, I just have to close my eyes Reminds me of a high school fling.
