Paducah Home Theater
Forget minimum wage for a minute, go look at the facebook page for Primus, they and Tool are going on tour, tickets go on sale Friday. I'd be in bass guitar heaven with that show. http://www.ticketmaster.com/Tool-tickets/artist/720703?tm_link=search_act_1_name http://consequenceofsound.net/2015/11/tool-confirm-dates-for-2016-us-tour/

Paducah Home Theater
Sounds like Maynard is super excited. Jeez. http://consequenceofsound.net/2015/10/maynard-james-keenan-wants-nothing-to-do-with-tool-or-their-fans/
Rowan611
Yikes. Love earlier Tool and Perfect Circle. Would love to see them live, but with that enthusiasm....no thanks.
mike stehr
I seen Tool some years ago...great band, good talent, sound, and the drummer is quite impressive. But if wasn't for the trapeze artists, and all the other things going onstage, it would have been the most boring concert I had ever attended They just stand there. Maynard hid behind the drummer more or less and sang. I like Tool, mostly the older stuff. But to me, Maynard is a flake...
Paducah Home Theater
I mostly like Tool for the time signatures and bass tone. I could care less about Maynard or his lyrics. I don't like A Perfect Circle. With Tool and Primus both I'm a fan of their rhythm sections more than anything. Les Claypool is just nuts on a bass, Tool's drummer is just hard to wrap your head around, Tool's bassist has licks that are just mesmerizing. I realize there's two of them, not sure who did which songs I like. 46&2 has a nice bass sound for sure. I don't like A Perfect Circle. Yup. Same here. Never could get into Perfect Circle, or Pusifer. Seen Primus on the Lalapoolooza (sp?) tour back in '91-'92. Claypool was amazing.

Woofers and Tweeters
It's too bad that band members get like that.
Paducah Home Theater
Sometimes I openly rock out with this in front of the kids thinking they'll get inspired sooner or later. Teaching my daughter to play keys right now, hopefully my boy will pick up a bass or drums soon.
