Full Range
I know that my good forum friends in the USA and Europe are in the midst of freezing temperatures But we have a heat wave warning in place today with 35+ C but the killer is 90% humidity The best option is to be holed up with the aircon on and play music in between tax paperwork So first up is Artist - Fleetwood Mac Title - Rumours 4

And the bloody multi nationals probably don’t pay tax in Germany either? 3 hours ago, MicroMara said: That’s me alright I just placed a pre order on a 50th anniversary half speed record but it won’t land till the end of March If you want to join me in my madness then follow the link https://www.paulmccartney.com/news/band-on-the-run-50th-anniversary-edition-out-2-february 2
Mycuff
Great shirt! OK, so here is what I was playing most recently. This is my Dual 1229Q TT, which I hook up when I want to play quadraphonic (what the "Q" is for). I have several vintage Pioneer turntables that are also quad "rated", but the Dual currently has an AT 1440MLB cart which is the only one that can do CD-4 (quadradisc) records. Sticky Fingers is, obviously stereo. Can't you hear me knocking?

Mycuff
That turntable rig is insane. I assume there is a reason for the two tonearms, but if you already have perfection what does the 2nd one get you? 3

The reason is that my collection of cartridges needs a very light tonearm , thats the SME 3009 ( left side ) and a middel heavy tonearm , thats the MA 505 ( right side ) . They all have different needle compilances. If you want to get more aknowledgement I´ll kindly refer to read this thread 3
Mycuff
Ok. That makes sense now. I do understand that changing the counterweight alone does not change the tonearm’s impact on the cart. I just thought you had to have two turntables or swap out the tonearms!
Dave1291
@Mycuff Don't worry about a thing with that turntable. He's got room for ONE more tone arm! I can't wait. I KNOW it's gonna happen! 😂 💪😂😂😂😍
