You can use pure tung oil on a lacquered finish to touch up anywhere lacquer has worn. It is a drying oil just like lacquer as opposed to a penetrating oil. I use it on the cabinetry in my house. Just let it sit for a few minutes and remove any excess other wise you'll have a blob.
