Pats3of4 Posted July 31, 2018 Posted July 31, 2018 As the title says. Drivers are all perfect. No dust caps ever pushed in. Cabs are not mint but these present really well. Original grills and emblems in fantastic shape. Ready to me modded with Crites upgrades pics coming Quote
Pats3of4 Posted July 31, 2018 Author Posted July 31, 2018 Price? What do you guys think is fair? Is $300 too high? Quote
billybob Posted July 31, 2018 Posted July 31, 2018 Hello, Having owned one pair of the Walnut and if the tops have no water stains and the corners are mostly sharp, think these with or without the grilles, which look good on those, agree that for most, would find living room presentable. Seems the trend in price for used Klipsch in general may be going up some lately. Others following may have another opinion but, do see on craigs and e-bay this happening in places. Would think then, in your market area, from what I think, why not start there at the price mentioned. You could see how it goes then take offers abit less, but thinking you know all that. Crazy deals at times on these, like my pair but, a 1 owner, of a desireable speaker set, from a long time member, you may just be stuck with location, that may dictate the eventual selling price. imho...nice bass and an exponential that seems to follow you around corners with their sound...yes. 1 1 Quote

Just bought a pair in almost as nice shape, except in the Oak finish. Owner wanted $500, I paid $300. I'm at the other end of the continent (Alaska) but seems your asking price is reasonable. Wish you success and hope you will be upgrading and not leaving the Klipsch family all together. 1 Quote
Emile Posted July 31, 2018 Posted July 31, 2018 FYI, sold a nice pair about 2 months ago for $250 (w/Ti diaphragms). Bought them for $400. Same method I use in the stock market ... buy high, sell low Just remembered ... @wvu80 keeps track of Heritage prices ... maybe he's got info on KG4's also 1 3 Quote
Pats3of4 Posted July 31, 2018 Author Posted July 31, 2018 Im always trading speakers. I always have some Klipsch in the house 1 1 Quote
carlthess40 Posted July 31, 2018 Posted July 31, 2018 I have a pair in light oak. I see them selling for over 450 in the shape as yours Quote
Pats3of4 Posted August 1, 2018 Author Posted August 1, 2018 Shipping is no problem as I have great boxes for them Quote
Godataloss Posted August 1, 2018 Posted August 1, 2018 $300 is a steal for a nice pair of KG4's in my book. They are so versatile and well balanced. You can not touch the look and performance of those speakers with anything new today at $300. 1 1 Quote
Pats3of4 Posted August 3, 2018 Author Posted August 3, 2018 Not much interest. Had an offer to trade for an R-12sw but that looks like a crappy sub. Quote
carlthess40 Posted August 3, 2018 Posted August 3, 2018 Hold your ground one these. The price is great. If I had the cash I would jump on them. As I have a pair and they would make a great setup for HT . These sound better then my H1’s all day long Better bass and clear mids and highs Quote
Pats3of4 Posted August 5, 2018 Author Posted August 5, 2018 Tomorrow we are leaving for a week long camping trip. Cell service is sketchy at best. if you are consider g these, may want to a t today! Quote

Pats3of4 Posted August 12, 2018 Author Posted August 12, 2018 No interest at all? Trades? If i redid the crossover and added the TI diaphragm? I would have to increase price tho... Quote
