The History Kid
Bump for good measure. I'm taking offers guys, but I gotta at least be a little careful. The money from this is going towards student loans - as is most stuff I am / will be selling.
willland
Okay folks, someone buy these from Michael. Starving student. Oh that's right, he got the job of a lifetime. Good luck with your sale. Bill

That responsibility thing that others in my generation seem to be bad at. 😄
The History Kid
Amps are now off eBay. They are either going to be local or sold through here. Pony express friendly too, just need to line up a transport if necessary. Surely someone wants these monsters (or one) for themselves. The History Kid
Looks like I may be in danger of keeping these. Surely someone is looking for 250 WPC in stereo...

When I saw your initial post, I thought it was $600 for BOTH amps. Be patient, tax refunds are just around the corner ! Consider listing them on the Emotiva site if not done already. I have my reasons, but I don't want to spill out the drama here. At any rate, I'm in no super rush to sell, I actually hooked one back up to my RB-5 heights. I'll sit on them until they have somewhere else to go.
Ceptorman
I'm surprised you still have these, prices seem good. I've seen some used Emo amps sell for more than msrp, especially gen 2.

Or 1000 wpc monoblocks, great....since you have 2.

The History Kid
Gonna bump this in case anyone has interest despite the times. Also, will have some updated pictures tomorrow, since I'm not sure how long it'll stay up on Craigslist. Officially doing shipping only until further notice, by the way. What did you use for paint and how well has it held up? I have xpa-1's and other Emotiva gear all with gen 1 silver trim and thinking about changing it to black trim. I used to think the same thing about painting black the silver trim on my XPA-5 gen 1 but I finally left it as-is. It is a unique identifier of the best version of the XPA amps. The paint job looks to be really well done though. I can't tell that it's paint. 1 hour ago, wvu80 said: Are you now Doctor History Kid? Time to update that avatar. 🤜🤛 Professor.
