Ohm question on proposed setup. Can I run extra speakers from my amp?

Hi all, I have a Cayin tube amp with one set of stereo output marked 4-8 ohms. This is currently running into my Heresy IVs.

I'd like to run an extra set of speakers from the same outputs through a splitter, but have the A/B speakers both always on (with the other set of speakers in another room).

I don't know much about the ohm requirements, will I be ok?

Thanks

AFAIK they are all designed to be used that way.

Not necessarily the best solution if sound quality is important.

Sound quality is def important, what would be best?

One suggestion is to connect both pairs of speakers when it comes to ambient sound to fill the house. If it is a compromise in sound, only connect the one pair that is consciously needed for beautiful listening at any given time. No matter which of the two.

The problem is that low ohms increase s the Current draw

Causing the Output Devicrs to over heat

The tubes or the output transformers? Both?

I  paralleled  4 - 6 ohm (nominal) wideband drivers on a 2 watt EL84 set amp, it didn't care.

More directed towards SS Tube equipment  is more forgiving, no instant toast. ,😀😀😀

I knew that, just joking with ya because the OP has a tube amplifier.

Also used a solid state amplifier in the same scenario above, but it weren't no garden variety ss.

MC??

MC = multi-channel?

2 ch amplifier with a 1.5 ohm load rating. I didn't run it that way all day with it cranked though. 🫣

Was listening to compare 1 full range/rest bass only vs. all full range paralleled for detectable comb filtering effects.
