That's a neat test site. I've been using this,

http://www.wugnet.com/myspeed/speedtest.asp

If my facts are accurate, I believe broadband service in Hong Kong

starts at ~10,000 KBPS (or 10

Megabits per second) and goes up to 1000 MBPS. Service in HK is

also relatively inexpensive compared to the U.S. Cable broadband

in the U.S. averages ~3 MBPS. Turns out the U.S. currently ranks

~15th

worldwide in broadband subscribers per 100 inhabitants. The graph

below shows there are still many who are not on broadband.
