wiring is perfectly the way it should be... NASA style. the only reason I hate my wiring when I do this is because it's so damn difficult to make changes.
I am sure all cabinets resonate to some extent... so changing the designed resonate frequency set fourth by the factory by stiffening the cabinets makes them resonate at a non complementary frequency?
very good speakers... I've owned all three.
I just don't have room or need for them in my set up. for me it would be like using a sledge hammer to fix a pair of glasses... I prefer to use a more "accurate" tool.
four of them would be great for a HT.
I've always wondered... does a 402/510 cornwall make any sense? you'd have to make a new solid motor board or lock up the openings some other way, but would a direct radiating LF march as well as a horn loaded LF?
I'm a big fan of lenco's... I am looking for one myself, I just have a hard time justifying the price for the one speed I would use it for... 78rpm. maybe a transcription is in my future.
