  1. See, the book was better, but nice nonetheless for you to do that.
  2. I think the main thing is you need figure out a way to listen to Heritage Jubilees to see if that’s the sound you are after. It possibly could be that if all of your music happened to fall within a certain sphere, what ever the first two songs were that we did a comparison with. But as the demo songs kept coming the gap widened immensely. If it isn’t, then you know to go balls out on getting your UG 535 dialed in. If the Heritage Jubilee turns out to be what you are searching for then you will also know that’s a different pathway. You cannot get there with a KHJ bass bin, 402 (and a 510). As Mike alluded to, it is significantly more than a matter of putting Axi’s on a 402. I don’t care what anyone says, you are not going to get the synergy between the top and bottom on the Jubilee with a UGJ and subs. That is from the tinkerers like Mike, Mark JWC who messed around with this stuff for a lot of years, at a very high and complex level, including how to integrate horn loaded subs - number, location, etc. They have all said, unless I misunderstood, you can’t get there from here. As good as the UGJ was/is, it’s a significant jump.
  3. Well @diamonddelts I forgot he already covered it. specifically I think he will tell you that you can try the Axi on the 402 and the 691 on the HF.
  4. @mark1101 has as much, if not more experience, with 3 way underground Jubilee than most people. He also has had the Axi 2050s, and TAD be. 3-way was his preference for many years before he went back to 2 way if I recall. He would be one of the best to advise on what should go where, what he would used, etc. along with the @the real Duke Spinner. He can also tell you what he used to dial it in. As I recall that was a very lengthy and painstaking process.
  5. I ventured in, nothing to look at, but quite a deal if you are in South Carolina
  6. “Twenty twenty twenty four hours to go now . . .” Last chance.
  7. We have a Great Horned owl about 2 houses down from the sound of it. This is a Great Horned owl who was rescued about a block from us. It was stuck in mud apparently. Guess he rubbed the “horns” off? He is being held by a professional licensed animal rehabber who said he would be just fine.
  8. Welcome the the Forum. Others may have some other ideas on dealer, etc. I believe Klipsch direct is the only source, but a dealer may be able to order for you, not sure. Where about s are you locales? I understand your desire the avoid the Cc thing. However, just to throw this out there, you can purchase a prepaid credit at just about any grocery store. Would be no delay.
  9. @Iteachstem Congratulations on the sale. Thanks for marking it “sold”. Do you mind if I lock it so that a year from now someone won’t be a first time poster asking “is this still for sale?” Either way is fine.
  10. Congratulations on the sale. Thanks for marking it “sold”. [Edit, realized that you only sold the Sub. Up to you, but you may want to edit the Sold back out and remove SVS just so there is no mistake that the Khorns are still available.]
  11. Thanks for marking it sold. Do you mind if I lock it so that a year from now someone won’t be a first time poster asking “is this still for sale?” Either way is fine.

  13. The turntable is Bluetooth? I think turntables are the exception for this crowd, it’s Wi-Fi streaming. It is what the market wants, matters not what make sense. Those 3 systems above range from $3k up to 8K for the Sony. Designed for the small urban European living spaces. It’s not going away, it gets bigger and bigger every year.
  14. This is probably way, way over kill, but this is apparently what people want these days just like @Iteachstem was saying.
  15. Guess you didn't get the memo? You are the new authorized plate amp rebuilder for warranty and out of warranty repairs.
  16. Everyone in that market shows them without cables. I think the cables issue popped up much more with "wireless surrounds" because people didn't realize you still had to plug them in somewhere.
  17. Clearly it’s the brand of solder you are using. You should never give up that secret. Travis P.S. what’s the “being facetious” emoji again?
  18. Hi Dave: I am sorry I don’t know the answer to that, but @Islander and many others from Canada would probably know the answer to that. Travis
