  1. Google lens works wonders: https://lens.google.com/search They are Utah Celesta drivers.
  2. Anyone tried the new hard Mountain Dew? I bought a 12 pack last week. My favorite is the regular Mountain Dew flavor.
  3. I’d take off that back panel and see how they’re attached to the wires inside. Might take a bit of finagling to get them out and get new ones installed but something like this should work: https://www.amazon.com/Jabinco-Insulated-Terminal-Binding-Amplifier/dp/B07ZJLB6QK
  4. Click on a username and it’ll tell you when they were last on the forum. In this case, nearly 16 years.
  5. Good! I was going to say, I don’t see a world where anyone would be happy going from RB-75s to any kind of soundbar!
  6. I usually call people out if they’ve replied to a zombie thread, which usually results in two things. Either the person who resurrected the thread never replies again or they apologize that they didn’t notice how old the thread was. I’m especially irritated by it on forums that have a message that pops up when someone tries replying to an old thread saying that it’s an old thread and it might be better to start a new one.
  7. They haven’t been on the forum since October 9 2020.
  8. …Did you not notice that you’re replying to a nearly twenty year old thread?…
  9. Please read this stickied thread:
  10. Probably would have been helpful info nearly 10 years ago. 🙂
  11. The K55s just sound better to me.
  12. I guess I should have asked, does the midrange thread on to the horn in the 1.5 or is it held on by screws? If it’s threaded I’d just swap drivers instead of horns.
  13. I’m not sure. I haven’t opened them up.
  14. I know that aftermarket modifications of Klipsch are not allowed anymore but I do have a question that hopefully falls within the guidelines of what is ok to discuss: Currently my LCR are original Heresys with soldered lug K-55V midrange that I absolutely love. My surrounds are Heresy “1.5” with different midrange drivers (K-52??). Anyway, I purchased the surrounds from a forum member who inherited them from his Dad. If I were ever to downsize, would the K-55V driver and horn be a direct swap with the K-52 and its horn? I would plan on keeping the 1.5s because the forum member sold them to me at a great price knowing I’ll be keeping them for a long time, which I will do. I just love the K-55V and would make that driver and horn swap if it were an easy swap.
  15. That’s usually a sign that the amp is failing.
  16. This video gives a good explanation of the fork: It’s stiffer and stronger than any traditional fork. The steering wheel is centered with the head tube. The fork sits to the side.
  17. Finally nice enough to break out the ol’ Lefty.
  18. You’re probably maxing out the volume level of the set.
