Thanks for the offer, yeah, even going the Airbnb route is pricey, if I was flying solo I'd take you up on that.

Heading to Ohio in May for Sonic Temple Music fest with the family. Just finished some finger foods, continuing with the Cranberry and Vodka, lite up an Oliva 135. Watching the Vikings get it handed to them while waiting for the count down. Happy New Year everyone! Happy New Years to you as well.

Good New Years Eve day everyone. Starting the day with my usual cup of French Roast from Costco, this has been my go to for some time. Music for now is Post Malone, may switch to Ella Fitzgerald later. Since Christmas, my go to for cocktails has been Vodka Cranberry, I prefer either Absolute or Titos. Since the Vikings are playing later this evening, I'm thinking finger foods such as hot wings are in order for dinner. Speaking of Christmas and cocktails, I made a sugar cookie martini on Christmas that was a big hit, the link was a video from Facebook, so incase you don't have Facebook, a picture with ingredients are attached. https://www.facebook.com/share/r/wXPw38SRSgJxThCT/?mibextid=hLiTNg I recently purchased a Honda Accord, so my next project is installing an aftermarket DSP and power amp. Thus will require some custom cables, for this project I will be using Belden 1694a rg6 and F-conn compression RCAs. I like the F-Conn brand as they allow the stinger to be installed prior to inserting the cable into the connector.

I've always wanted to hear those Super Texans, especially with a large horn

Nice, that's a room I am jealous of. Congrats and hope you enjoy for a long time. -

Its a tie between Disney's A Christmas Carol featuring Jim Carry and Polar Express.

Its a 2014, even my 2021 doesn't have HDMI. Guess I am behind the times.

I am looking to take my audio out from my phone via USB-C to either SPDIF/TOSLINK or Coax that will be connected to my Helix DSP in my car system. I want to keep it at as digital as possible, so would something like this work? Douk Audio U2 XMOS XU208 Digital Interface, USB to TOSLINK Coaxial/Optical Audio Adapter, for DAC/Preamp/Amplifier, Support PCM & DSD64 (Upgrade Version) https://a.co/d/fXxRxQn Some recommend a DAC Like the Topping D10, but I don't understand why you'd want to go digital to analog, then back to digital, not to mention that's a bulky device to have in the car. Thanks

He upped the price, but is now including the sub, still a great deal. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/2142032376140111/?mibextid=dXMIcH

Speaker clipping Klipsch RF-7mk1 + Denon 3310ci + Parasoubd hca-1206
The Dude replied to Div's topic in Home Theater
I'd don't see why that amp couldn't handle those speakers, unless there is something wrong with it. I know there was a series of those amps that had a relay issue. I'd reach out to Parasound and see what they say. -
Welcome back Carl, sorry for loss. Nice looking room and hope to see you around more. If I remember correctly, you had the blacksmith shop, wood shop, and metal shop all in one? Glad to see you around.

No worries, and yes, music is a big reason why we get together. I have a few friends and luckily I get to enjoy different genre's of music with them. They all enjoy a good sound system, but that's not as important as just getting together and jamming tunes. Playing in band, going to see bands, all of it.

80 joints a day, he has a professional blunt roller. I'm sure it's taken a toll on his lungs. -
Wow, they really stepped up their Klipsch game. Not one, but two pair of new Jubs, not to mention thier jub clones. Very nice, thanks for sharing. Question, what did they do with the other 3 pairs of UG Jubilees?

I tried sweet talking the wife, but it was a no go. I still kick myself for selling my 222c that I purchased from you. Definitely a great deal for someone. -

Not sure on the show you're thinking, but I was at Slipknot show around the time they started regulating general admission floor seats and a small riot broke out and the police were called in. As Nickyboy had mentioned, I don't recall any issues at this one.
-
Looks like we were at the same show, I believe Cory Harrison was as well.

Nice, you'll have to let us know what you think.

For me it's not about price (i dont think that if i even had the cash, id drop that much coin on a guitar), it's like I see one then I become obsessed with it.

Yeah, I forgot to quote you. The Parasounds have no fan and are bridgeable, but not balanced. I don't know if there is any need to modify them. But they do take up 2 rack spaces. They have a couple bigger brothers as well. https://parasound.com/vintage/hca750a.php https://parasound.com/vintage/hca1000a.php https://parasound.com/vintage/hca1500a.php

Was a great price for UG Jubilees in that condition.

I dont understand my obsession with this guitar, the first picture maybe the real deal, the second is a replica. I will say after my trip to Nashville a couple weeks ago, it dawned on me how I seem to be more drawn to Gibson
