  1. Anyone familiar with this turntable, Linn axis with shure m97 hi track cartridge . Linn LVX arm, that would like to give some feedback
  2. I know, you are right, I did say that. I am not planning on it but I was curious in case I wanted to go that route. After reading about them, they kind of got my interested. Thanks Dean
  3. I am waiting on some AA'S with jensen PIO's from Dean, wanted to make sure these would be o.k. Also in the future if I wanted to go with your mid horn would this work also?

  5. Back to point, I am waiting on some AA's with Jensen PIO caps form DeanG that should be here soon and I will let you know how they sound. This another place for upgrades if you want to go that route Belle V-Trac Horns - Klipsch Upgrades by Volti Audio - Speaker Restoration.
  6. I have the new windows and for some reason when I put pictures on my laptop my pics are at least 5MB so I cant upload pics either. Annoyed. any sugestions
  7. I I second that opinion. I was very dissapointed with my RF-7II's until I hooked them up to some tubes and wow what a difference. Someone told me so. Hmmm.
  8. I ended up selling my RC-64II and doing this and was much happier.
  9. Are you anywhere near Muskego?
  10. I have not. I also like certain things to be played loudly, but the first thing I noticed was I did not need to play things anywhere near as loud to here the fullnes of the music and speakers. It was really shocking to me. Especially the bass!
  11. I can only comment on what I have experienced. I have the Yamaha flagship RX-Z11 and while it does an excellent job on movies my H.H.Scott lk-72 blows it away for stereo music on my rf-7II's. I use an OSD ATM-7 zone speaker selector to switch between the two amps and get the best of both worlds. I am sure others here will have some other viable alternatives and opinions.
  12. Any one live any where near muskego wi.. I am looking at some Heresy's there and did not know if a forum brother or sister could help out?
  13. The amps are super easy to replace if you have to.
  14. I know this for a fact because I tried this combination, Go with the RC-64II.
