He hasn't been here for a month and hasn't posted in 3 months. -
From their page: "This group is for people in Puget Sound area only." Will this be your first pair of Klipsch speakers? If they are stock, then they will have the K77 tweeters , K55V drivers on the K700 horn < that is for mid-range frequencies , and either the K22 or K42 woofers , for the bass. And the cross-over networks might need new capacitors and there is only one place you can buy them. Good luck scoring them, mean it.

Those are facts. If that's the quality you want, just buy a Peavey.

You are new here, which makes it difficult to know who to listen to. Chorus 1 and CHII have never been a problem. As Nick said, he would pick the Chorus over any other home speaker offering that is not horn-loaded. The Chorus are great speakers. As I said, I like the Heresy. The fact is that when the Heresy is shouting as loud as they can, the Chorus will deliver the same loudness of sound at a higher quality while only idling. They are real chest thumpers.

We were responding at the same time. I have been looking for a while. It's sad to think of how many of there that used to exist.

I knew about those and didn't mention them for a few reasons. One is that I didn't want to knock other members here out of a chance to sell you theirs. The ones on ebay have been on and sold there before. They were listed as 'parts or repair' and the seller is clear that they have problems and there are "no returns"...

I agree with what Nickyboy is saying: The Chorus will sound better at any level over the Heresy, AND that the Chorus (when given the proper wattagessses) will come alive in a manner that the Heresy just can't, or Forte, or Cornwall or...... and I really do like the Heresy. Also, I liked my PM8006, BUT it just didn't do it for me. I bought the Yamaha A-S1000 and the PM8006 at the same time to AB them against each other. To be honest, the Yamaha didn't do it either. Other things out there make me say WOW. It's not the destination, it's the journey that brings us WOWs. Also, welcome to the madhouse.

If you're lacking interest in anything and have lots of time on your hands, such as you're in prison and can't do anything else, or you just want to know a little more about the people he has written about (that's why I read them), I can say that Walter Isaacson's books can bore someone to tears, but they're informative. Isaacson seems to report the good, the bad, and the ugly (GBU), which is one thing that I do like when I want to know who I am reading about. I can't say that I like his writing style or the lack thereof (can't wait to get through it), nor can I say how often he slips in an expression that someone else said without giving credit (such as in his latest book, he said ~ "a lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is still putting on its shoes" which is something that Mark Twain is known to have said... it was disappointing that Isaacson stole it). Anyhow, to Walter's books, of which there are six that I can talk about Einstein, Steve Jobs, The Wise Men, Elon Musk, The Innovators, and Leonardo da Vinci: Today, I finished Elon Musk. As previously stated, the GBU is all in there. Musk is a *^%$(# who also has been running Tesla, Space X, Starlink, and three other companies. IDK why he took on Twitter, but it exposed their algorithm and the people working there. I liked the Innovators. I have no idea what Walter skipped over or miscredited, but it was interesting. It was not only about a group of hackers and geeks. The Wise Men... Since it was before my time, I never knew anything about them and if it was being taught in school, I was more interested in scoring than learning... some things never change. I liked this book. I will spare you the other three (Maxed out my mb lol), but they are just as boring and as informative as the others.

Thanks. I grabbed the one just because, and I liked it. Looking into it further, I see that there are 41 books in the series... wow. I will see if I can get it at my library (searching there online says that they don't, but their search feature doesn't work very well. If not there, HPB has it in stock.

Need... I say that very same thing lol A pair of them will make the lights dim in the whole neighborhood. Good luck getting them.

No, you're wrong. That's when a company ramps up for the inrush. -
I have three 301s. One has the metal grill and no foam and the remaining pair are cloth grills. Hope you're having a great vacation.
