    The main difference in the Forte 1 to the 2 is the mids. They both (spec wise) have 32Hz. I like my Forte, it seemed that the Forte2 has too much mid for my ears. The Forte is a great speaker. The KLF 30 is a lot more speaker.

    Congrats to you. We all A/B what we have. I have found x speaker sounds better / different with y amp or better in this room than that room. Fun to play with our hobby.

    Looks like a good deal. I'd like to see that receiver in my office. That's one of Sansui's smaller receivers (26 watts) and not the TOTL model, but still a good one. The speakers are in good shape.
