It's 3 O'Clock, Time to shut down those Wasteful Amplifiers. You could play all your music in Eco Mode.

I watch many videos of Danny and he does a lot of good work. I would be cautious about lining my whole cabinet with "HI Res" I had a Pair of Polks "S60 Signatures" that had dead *** cabinets. They didn't deliver the low end goods with the acoustic sounds I like like a Klipsch does. It was Too Dead. Sold em. Glad I was able to get rid of them. You could ruin the sound of your speakers by Overdamping. That stuff is probably hard to remove if you make a mistake by using it. Better think it over.

I just got a Very Nice AC Infinity Component Cooling System and it looks nice on my Marantz. Running Cool Now.
-
You're OVER THINKING this thing. Tell us what audio equipment you have. Buy yourself a Denon if you need one at Accessories 4 less. You only need to run two cables from your CD Player and the denon will do the sound processing. So quit being so vague about what you have.

Do What you think is best. I like the way my speakers sound. My cabinets are damped good enough to present bass notes and sounds in a Klipsch Sound. If I didn't like The Klipsch Sound I would have bought different speakers. I agree ALL Speakers Companies could use better crossovers. I'm not touching mine until the warranty expires.

We're watching a 4K movie, "The House with A Clock in it's Walls" with Jack Black, No Sound Processing. It sounds awesome. I'm gonna keep it this way.

Klipsch Crossovers are built like 99.9% of all speakers you can buy. Very few manufacturers use Real High Quality Products.

I reset my Marantz late last night. Too late to run the Audyssey Program. Gee, I think my speakers sound better without this. I have a mixture of soft & hard surfaces in the room so it seems to be OK as far as I'm concerned. Without the Audyssey, the highs and bass are much cleaner. I also think the dynamics are better. I'm using no tone controls at all. These 5 speakers are Rocking Baby.

I'm finding electronics to be in Short Supply. I went to buy a printer and it's tough because inventory is dried up. Your Chinese Made products might have "The Virus" Attached....🤪

I'm using a very nice 12G for the fronts I'm using 18G for surrounds running under rugs. I was just going to get a good 16G all round and call it a day so I do not feel wires so much under foot from the 12G. For right now I'll go with what I have and install my new Crutchfield BP's on them. The Crutchfield Plugs are better than what I'm using.

Don't git yur panties in a wad. It's a 4 Year Old Post.

Getting our New Marantz tomorrow, Adding a 4K TV and Monoprice Cables. Didn't buy Monoprice Speaker wire was just gonna use what I have. BUT I decided to shop ( in my area ) for speaker wire. The only thing available is Copper Coated Aluminium. Spools of Speaker Wire at Lowes & Home Depot are CCA. I did order some from Amazon but they couldn't get it in a box within 48 Hours to ship. I guess I could check in our "Capital City", Population almost 50,000. They might have real speaker wire there but I'd have to drive to get it. Pi$$

I went with a Marantz 5013 from Accessories4Less The "newer" 5014 seemed to be having HDMI Issues so for 50 bucks less I hope I won't get issues. Now I'll have pre outs for Expansion

Maybe there is a Traffic Jam
-
I was thinking of buying a Marantz AVR Do you know anything about these with Klipsch?
-
You can buy "amber" lenses for driving at almost any truck plaza. Many fit right over you glasses.
-
I have 2 AVR's and neither have Pre outs I'm gonna start all over for Amplification. I think the HDMI Boards on my H-K are going bad as I have skips on sound programs with my Cable or it's their signals. I never had those sound issues on the Denon
-
I've decided to go with Crown Core 2 Thanks anyways
-
Since my AVR crapped out, I'm really considering a Power Amp. On the Low end side is the Emotiva BasX 5 Channel Amp. Thinking this might be better than a Marantz AVR for Power & Headroom and just better sound. Or if I spend 200 more I could get an Outlaw. I need a little advice.

Is this your "First Time" buying electronics? Sometimes you get items that have problems even right out of the box. You need to return this item. Go to Wal-Mart and get something there where they have EASY RETURNS. You'll be a Happy Guy

You might be OK if you don't make Newsome Mad. He'll cut off yur Water & Electric. Good Luck
