  1. lol, practicing cutting 11 ply Baltic Birch to the dimensions of a Cornwall... but that's where the plan's change... I'm going to make in inverted motorboard with a Heil AMT (Air Motion Transformer) on the top of the cabinet... curiosity shared in another technical modification thread started by @jwgorman … I started with a 1958 Stephens Cabinet I found on Craigslist for $50.... but stopped disassembling it and started on this CW1 project, I guess mainly, to eventually hear the volumetric cabinet differences, and mess around with crossovers, with a Thanks to ChrisA, using his metrics... then I'll mess with the port's and bracing, because it seems logical... then stains and veneer stuff, without ruining a real Cornwall in the meantime.... or the other thread subject, until I get this thing rolling lol. I got the Stephens cabinet to put my '54 Klipschorn components in it, eventually... I have a LX103 and the University SAHA and an old Mid T tweeter which sound fantastic, but for the age and things I listen to, I want to save them, and change to some Crites supplies in the '54.... ahhhh, what am I doing... Drinkin now, It's Saturday lol
  2. … o O (may try a plunge router test cut into my sawhorse table which is a solid core door)… then make two 13 1/4" cut-out's for two 15" cast woofer's and off-set the port's... nawww, dang idea's only last through 2 cup's of coffee...
  3. the KI-362 look's like it's a 3 way... I like the build concept for the mid and HF.... haven't heard neither, sorry

  9. i'm still here.... this is just an update from a slow hand, a piece at a time, tomorrow I get a day off to trim the motoboard and assemble the port shelf... plus a brace before I glue and clamp together, square...
  10. LOL, it's just my first cup of coffee, Thank You.... o O (thinkin' a life preserver will work) or maybe I need to use my google map button more....
  11. … o O (I hope that sometime before April 25th) that a map will be forth-coming, to get to where we're goin'... heck, I keep thinkin' some guy named Larry has the taxi business cornered... like a tractor will come into the motel parking lot with just a sign that says (Rodney's) … o O (follow me)
  12. I'd like to add, that there's a squirrel under the cat on the left lol
  13. lol, .. o O (I guess it's late enough to side track)… I blew up 2 vega engines, and then totaled it out... and put $125 into a 53 chevy pickup, remounted the craig 8 track, and took a trip in the middle of winter with Lou Reeds Rock n Roll Animal, had to camp out in a road side rest room... when the snow let up, highway troopers said "get-out", lol, hit the road, with the one 8 track I had....
  14. I was a listener to the hooples when 8 tracks were prevalent in the early 70's, but my audio coincided with L60 tires, Hurst hijackers on a chevy Vega lol, a Friday night cruise strip, and ahhhh….. oh yeah, back to the topic,.... which everyone passed over this evening in the opening video... 3rd and 5th somethings (2chords)
  15. Could you take a picture of how you have the LaScala wired out of your Fisher 500C for the center ? Reason for asking is that I saw your other post from this morning, and just wondered if you followed any of PWK's Dope from Hope article for the July '74 print-out.
