Dude, a RSW 15 would be nice to my (beginner) collection, by any chance could you tell me if you would send it overseas and how much would postage cost to Australia, just curious to see if it beats the RRP here. And i might then be interested.

Remember to use only Pure Mink Oil, Pure mink oil is very expensive, i bought a small bottle 30ml for about AUD$20. If it has other cleaning product never know what it could do the the surrounds. I too was looking for mink everywhere before i bought my Sunfire sig, and i got a 236ml bottle (Fiebing's Mink Oil Liquid http://www.bluemoosebazaar.com/Saddlery/leather_care.asp)from the US for US$5.99 and only found out that i contained 20% mink oil, then silicone, lalonin and pure neatsfoot oil. I was determined to keep looking for the pure one. Just recently i found one in a high class leather shop.

These Crossovers, are they internal or external? How do we install them to the RF 7's??

Hi everybody, I am very in interested in those cross-overs stuffs, how do we do them, do i have to open then Rf 7 and replace the original ones? Can someone explain how to do them, what do we need and what parts needed? Where to get them from too. Thanks.

The cherry is the most popular and everyone seems to carry them. I compared both colour and i went for the cherry. If klipsch had Bird's Eye Maple then i;d definitely go for bird'd eye...

I went to see the movie yesterday with a few friends, i really hated it, i was sooo tired and i was closing my eyes a few times, when suddenly i was the litle promedia gmx and i said "holy Shiite" my speakers, ( i kept saying to my friends hey dudessss look my speakers are there ! ! ! )and throughout the movie i stayed awake to look around for more klipsches... i did saw the RC ... don't think it was 7 though, too small for RC 7 and some RVX 54. The story line was pretty crap though.

Yep too many people hurt their back trying to lift those speakers, dudes, yeah i nearly pulled my back last time, oh so very painful. Well taking these few kilos still does not help. If you think of it some people can carry 4 sets of Bose lifestyle 35 on their back, how many RF 7 can you?

I think Microsoft are working on the New Xbox in very great secrecy, they might already have a few prototype ready to launch, they are just waiting for sony to bring out their PS 3 so that they can just bring out a box that a tint ahead of ps3. They don't to be behind of too much ahead either.

Like i said before, if klipsch build a few new better subs like better than SVS or Sunfire sigs or even the Krell MAster ref of course at competitive prices i would drop all the current gears that i have and go for klipsch of course. It is like a brand loyalty that we all have for klipsch here, that's why we are at this forum. Removing that forum could mean like removing that small part that makes us more loyal to klipsch than to other brands. Thus i wish big, ok, something like the Krell master reference for under $5000 and the SVS B4plus but the klipsch version, for just under $2000 (of course high class furniture grade finish) and finally a little smaller sunfire sig (klipsch version) more powerful etc.. bla bla bla you know what everyones want... cheaper than the competition at just under $1000. Thank you. Ok, engineers and marketers , priceing dept etc etc ... got some works to do chop chop.

Eq is a very good idea, A 2 channel is fine but if you can get a 7.1 channel eq it would be awesome.

Dude, it should be very easy to get your DVD player to be region free, I am sure they would do it for free wherever you want to buy them from, just ask and find out who do it.

Dude!!! I just finished Halo 2!!!! What the hell, i thought the game was just starting and bang i finished it, this game is too short i can't believe it. Oh, no i have to wait for Halo 3 now!!!!... And they made it obvious that Halo 3 is coming too ... lame

Guys don't anyone comment on the sounds in Halo 2, it's awesome, there are some real deep lows and so many details. I think that this game was designed to be played on really big speakers, other speakers would just crap out or might just not give a too good experience. Even my RF 7 are struglling sometimes. And the sub is just going crazy sometimes. It's better than many movies i know of.

Prof. Ham. I do have a switch to turn off my mod chip, but it doesn't work when i turn it off, it just says contact bla bla bla... I will try what you told me though, by the way, i heard Xbox 2 might be out next year sometime, may be i'll just wait for the new one to come.

Dude, My xbox is chipped, so i can't risk playing Halo 2 live for the moment until i buy a new one. Someone mention something that might change that though, Xlink Kai, now i've tried installing on my my yesterday and disabled firewall but i just can't get it to work. Can someone who have a better understand explain to me what to do. By the way Halo 2 is WOW. It's simply awesome dude.

Yep, they have 20 presets EQ settings and are all very similar, near flat i'd say...

TPG thanks for your input, i tried the Ipod with a few good head phones and i now know that the only problem is that they do not have the option to let you customise your own eq settings. No matter how we encode the song it just sounds muddy. I also found that i'm not the only one who doesn't like the way ipod sounds compared to other players, there are so many forums with people complaning about the same problem. Now, i've tried using a headphone (Beyer Dynamics DT770) with amp and the Koss Eq50 and the sound changes dramatically. It just reveals everything that were missing. I like the sound, but the fact that i'll have to carry an amp in my bag and have an external eq hanging to my headphone. Oh well, i;ll have to live with it now. Oh yeah, may be next week or so i'll get the new Media player from Iriver PMP120 with 20 gig hd and can play divx and many more stuffs ....sweet.. And about the Earthquakes.... they are awesome.... to tell you the truth i can't see the difference between the earthquakes and the sunfire sigs. The earthquakes are twice as heavy and has a much nicer finish (if you get the burl of course) ,for movies.... they rocks..the 12" shakes all my walls and floor and everything else... for music the sunfire is a little bit more smooth. Having 2 subs for me is just a big waste because i only use one of them. But honestly there is no difference except the auto eq thing with the sigs. If you have a big room then deffinetly get the earthquakes for the price.. a bargain .. now let's not talk about svs.. because they might be a better deal...

I've been testing my Ipod over and over, and it just sounds like crap compared to the Sony MD and any discman. I've heard about the same complaints from many many other people from different forums, does anyone here encounter the same problems. Now it's not an encoding problem, because i've tried the same song on the Bang Oluffsen Mp3 player and it just sounded stunning like a high end Hifi and the Ipod sounded like a mono radio broadcast. Does any one know anything about this?

This might be a good idea when you are building a house etc, the house could be compromised of having sub woofers installed wherever needed without having to put up with the space some sub may take. For e.g if you want some in your toilet or in the bed room, under the bed etc.. Yes under the bed would actually be a good idea, you know u'd invite a new girl friend at home and guess what's under the bed 10 x 15" woofers, who'd expect that... lol..
