Hey I don't want rumors getting out that I grew up ! [*-)] Ask my wife, it's not going to happen. [] Just my speakers grew up and much wider.

I doubt it's the cables, have you change rugs, carpet or furniture, or it just could be your taste in sound changing ?

I think thats good advice, I once had a speaker to close and you will know right away it makes the side of the tv closest to the speaker have distorted colors and kind of in bands of distortion, it's not like it would cause instant damage. Try it you will know right away.

Waiting for UPS to pull up with a delivery from Monoprice, UPS tracking says it is out for delivery today. It's the XLR cables to finally get them playing TODAY.

It's mounted on a wood base the base sticked a few inches past the back of the driver, the wood is 23" deep the hight is 26 3/4 on it wood base, the width is 39 1/2". the rear of it's base is wider than the horn and driver and is 5 1/2 wide at the very back of the wood and 9" where the brackets meet the base. Excuse the dust, I am the one responsible for dusting my stuff, can you tell. [:|]

I just went and measured, 5' to the top of the 402, but they are W I D E 5' 8" and 44 1/2 " deep ! I just happen to be reading this because UPS comes tomorrow with the XLR wires and DrWho sent me the Dx38 yesterday and the 2 Crown D-75 amps got here last week off of Ebay, I got a great deal on them $225 for both amps. [Y] Tomorrow will be the first time I get to hear them if all goes well, I can't wait ! []

I know exactly how you feel, I felt the same way when I first heard them, it was different from anything I had heard before. The only difference is I love the sound of the 402, it is big so I made it look smaller, see avatar ! That top right speaker ( Forte ll ) is not part of the 2 CH.

My friend/neighbor had a dump truck and people would always pull out in front of him, so for his birthday I got him a loud air horn and he put it on top the cab. Nothing like that horn but it was loud, he loved it but it backfired on me he would pull up to the house and blow the horn to let us know he was there, they would make you jump if not expecting it,

Is there special drivers for IB subs and how do you figure what size they have to be 12'' 15'' 18'' and how many, I put the studs every 16" when I built .

CEC from what your saying it goes very low and 110 db is loud but what about if it's pointed across the room, like left to right and not toward the seating area. I wanted to do a different sub in the future and not taking any floor space is nice but the only place I have the space behind the wall would be toward the front left corner pointing across the front wall.
