I think they would look good painted, be sure to unscrew the driver first. I would like to see what they looked like painted, I have seen pictures of other horns (round) painted in some nice colors. Go for it if that's all it takes to make her happy I would be picking out colors, it's just paint you could always repaint if you don't like them.

Although my favorite is saltwater but I don't get to do that much at all anymore. My choice was Speckled Trout and Redfish down in south Louisiana, went every weekend when we lived closer. Moved a little further away and eventually sold the boat, now just a little freshwater fishing is all I do. []

Great looking workshop I like the colors and the fancy stripe around the room. You need to take a few more pictures and just hold on to them, It will never look this way again, no matter how much you try "stuff" will get in there and take up your neat and organized space. Very nice work, it makes no difference how long it took you did it right.

1 YES very nice. 2 Me, I would use a db meter and set all the channels to the same volume from you seating position, others will help with crossover frequencies, i would guess about 80. Or if your new HTR has one of those auto setup deals try that then adjust from there. 3 No it should be fine they shouldn't play much of the same frequencies anyway ( nice sub) [Y] 4 Not familiar with Rf prices but to me it sounds like a good deal. I have 6.1 only because I bought speakers in pairs and it was that or store the other, so I stored it as a center rear. To be honest I can't tell if it really makess a difference or not but it was better than trying to find space for it somewhere else.
