For the record, i wasn't technically at the beach--I just parked on Pacific Coast Highway and watched the waves for a little while. That's my therapy actually. The ocean is very peaceful place for me--especially when the waves are big. (yeah, I know that doesn't make sense; but, then that's why I want to go for a ride-along with that guy on the Storm Chasers tv show. That's looks like so much fun).
