minermark
I chose over 50+ years ago to never let the weather tell me what to do or if i can go somewhere or not. Good choice so far. Now iv been in Reno with 3"to6" inches, that is ok, but nothing more. I'll stick with my dry deserts and a little rain now and then.

Sell property, buy property, that is what i did selling two hangers last year and buying one, have another two years to burn leftover moneys in property or i will be paying on that money. Thinking about rental hanger(s), as long as the money is flipped from sell to buy, min/almost nothing in tax so far.
