Mystery
Hi all, I'm an audioholic. Been reading forum for long time and decided to join finally. I'm in Denver. I've had/have quite a few Klipsch speakers. Had: Klipsch KG2 Klipsch KG2.5 Klipsch KG4 Klipsch Heresy HBR Klipsch Forte Original Klipsch SF-2 Klipsch KSP-400 and few I forgot. Currently Using: Klipsch RF-3, RC3 and surrounds (for HT). Klipsch Heresy HOO Klipsch KLF10 Klipsch RW-12D (currently dead and researching on a fix) and few centers and surrounds somewhere in the basement. Additionally, I probably have over 30 pairs of speakers from Advent, AR, Boston, DB Plus, Epicure, Infinity, JBL, Polk, Yamaha, etc... Few snaps of my living room from non-crowded to crammed in... Mystery
Welcome! What took you so long????? Hehe... Funny thing is I tried to join last year or early this year and it said a moderator will need to approve the registration. I never got the email to activate. I emailed that issue from help contact thingy and nothing happened. Yesterday I tried again and got the activation link right away so that's what took me so long or at least one year late.

Mystery
Have you thought about selling the rw-12d that is currently not working? What is going onwith it? No idea what's going on with it. I bought it as is with a sticker on top with this 'Doesn't turn on' or something similar. Price was good so I thought if the woofer is good, it's worth it plus cabinet/grill is in really nice shape.
Mystery
Welcome to the "forum." Visit often, post often.... Thanks. Now I'll hold you on that if you complain when I post too many. Dang it, I already got this message, "This reply has not been added as it has been posted too quickly". I need to post little slower than too often.
garyrc
Glad you joined us. With all of those speakers, do you have a favorite? Or a favorite for each room? Why?
Mystery
Glad you joined us. With all of those speakers, do you have a favorite? Or a favorite for each room? Why? For home theater, I'm pretty much done unless I find something similar or better. Klipsch RF3, RC3, SS1 (sold RS-3 as they were too big to fit on the side) plus Definitive Technology PF15TL+ subwoofer is enough there. I had JBL setup before and my receiver had hard time pushing them. Klipsch gets loud enough for HT without pushing the receiver to max. For music, my favorite is Boston Acoustics A400's followed by KLF10 and Yamaha NS-690. A400's have stayed with me all along. I like them better than Forte, Vandersteen 1, Polk SDA's and many others. A400's have really nice open sound and doesn't sound in your face even at high volumes and great bass. Plus they can be placed right against the wall and only 7" deep so don't take too much space and look very nice. Heresy's are good for low volume listening at night. I'm using Polk Monitor 7, Epicure 20+ (refoamed and recapped) and JBL L80t3 (refoamed) in basement. Still deciding among the JBL L80t3, Yamaha NS-690 (similar to NS-1000 without beryllium drivers) and Epicure 20+. Need to get rid of two pairs out of those three and many more from the basement. Mystery
Have you thought about selling the rw-12d that is currently not working? What is going onwith it? I just realized it's RW-10D. I created a separate thread for this here: https://community.klipsch.com/index.php?/topic/153056-klipsch-rw-10d-subwoofer-no-power/
