T2K
Sorry to hear it. It is no help to hear it, no help at all, but there are lots more out there that need a good home. Keith

Schu
Yes sir... Man and Dog are inexorably interwined, to think otherwise is an illusion. My Old Pharoh Hound Kephera Moon... to think of him brings me much pain. Edited July 19, 2015 by Schu
Tarheel
Very true Keith.... My last two labs made it to 14 &15 years old. Great dogs but haven't they all been. Got Jake last June from a shelter in a neighboring county. His time was up. He is 8 now and a great companion.

Guest thesloth
This was the look I just got when trying to get a picture of my Lily. I interrupted her nap time. What a life. She is an old chocolate lab, the sweetest one I ever had. The vet even says she doesn't have a mean bone in her body. You can take bones right out of her mouth and she doesn't care. Super good w/ kids. Does what she is asked. Occasionally steals a shoe.

oldtimer
I had the same dog from pre-school through my sophomore year in college. There is no real way to express the bond,
