opusk2k9
Pair of Klipsch Heresy Special Edition Studio Monitors Vintage 1978, featuring horn tweeters and horn midrange drivers. Extremely efficient and extremely loud if driven. The cabinets are in good condition, the cones for the bass are cosmetically in fair condition. All components of the speakers function perfectly. They are great sounding speakers and play very loud and clear without a large amp.Asking $300 or best offer. Pick up only by purchaser. http://newyork.craigslist.org/mnh/ele/5236601834.html Edited September 24, 2015 by opusk2k9

ZEUS121996
My buddy is bringing his wife to Chicago to visit family. He wants to get together, he wants me to watch him hit a few. So he will just put them on the plane. NOW if the seller would answer his email, maybe it would work out Mark

ZEUS121996
TY He said they are from 77 and been refinished, so I guess they will become walnut like everyghing else. I might as well have them all stained the same while I'm at it Mark

Woofers and Tweeters
What he ^ said: They look cool. They sure would look fitting on a pair of Khorn....or maybe in opposite corners of Khorns as surrounds.
ZEUS121996
My buddy put them in with UPS yesterday. I hope they dont get the same treatment as Schu's Scalas. I had him insure them for 1k to be safe. I'll post pics if and when they arrive Mark

ZEUS121996
UPS got them here safely today. Of course they were bubble wrapped to death in the 1st box and then the 2nd box was filled with peanuts. At 50 pounds they had a good chance, unlike Schu's. Anyway, I think Andy built these, his initial is below a U on the lower left, USA is on the top right. The tags are not legible so if anyone can provide info on the veneer I would appreciate it. They have had some light bondo work done along with a varnish added, or so it looks like to me, and the cab and components look like they were never opened. I was going to have them veneered in walnut, but I can live with these as they sit Mark Edited October 6, 2015 by ZEUS121996
